Clara Wang
Musician

Clara Wang (born in 2012) started playing the flute at the age of 7 and studies in the studio of Susan Hoeppner, faculty of the University of Toronto, Glenn Gould School, and Taylor Academy.
Clara has played in private lessons and masterclasses for Paul Edmund-Davies, Jeffery Zook, and Camille Watts. She has attended several competitions in Canada and the United States including the Crescendo International Music Competition and Canadian Music Competition among others. Clara played in Carnegie Hall at the age of 12. She was featured as a new musician and concerto soloist at the age of 11 at the Chinese Artists Society of Toronto.
Clara has played in both the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Toronto Youth Wind Orchestra, where she was the youngest member. Other than music she enjoys eating, mathematics, and running. She is a student at the University of Toronto Schools.
